    I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Phase2 Technology (Washington, DC) in May 2015.

    Interview

    Rigorous but informative. Included multiple rounds and culture fit + technical test. I met with many people and learned a lot about the company and culture. I was asked questions about ability to handle certain situations (situational interview) in addition to aptitude.
