I liked being busy and having different responsibilities. Travel and expense reports were always my favorite because it involved proofreading and ensuring the company policies were in place. This position was never boring with constant changes with systems, organization changes and learning new aspects of the business.
Sometimes with the changes I feel I did not get clear directions. This would take up some of my time trudging through our e-web to figure out the new policies to distribute to the team correctly.
Advice to Management
I worked independently therefore if I needed to stay late, I stayed late to get the job done. When I needed to leave early for an appointment and there was no critical work waiting, I was able to do so. I had wonderful relationships with my three directors and their managers, I had an open phone line for anyone with questions for anything. I always found their answers.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Philadelphia (Philadelphia, PA) in April 2010.
I was contacted by a recruiter from Digitas Health to review my current position and what I do as well as what I was looking for with my next position. The interview process took 3 hours and it was very relaxed and conversational, it was a great interview experience.
