The company's organization structure causes it's employees to sacrifice family and personal time to ensure the companies success
Advice to Management
Restructure the company to allow regional offices to satisfy the multiple markets it competes in.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Phillips & Jordan (Raleigh, NC) in February 2016.
Mostly easy questions. The process did not seem structured. Most of the companies that I applied for have much more rigorous interview processes. I did however, really enjoy the interview process and thought the interviewer was very knowledgeable about the business and the company.
However, I don't think he learned very much about me and my possible fit for the company.
