    Application

    I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Phone2Action.

    Interview

The interview process was very quick, a total of around 2 weeks from initial contact to offer.

They start off with a phone screening with the recruiter who asks generic questions about technologies you're comfortable with. Once you're approved, you interview with a small group from the engineering team. The questions they asked were partially technical and partially personality questions.

Received an offer a couple days after the on site interview.
