I have been working at Photobox full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I am actually a returning employee, I use to work in Customer Service in London for three years, I left because at the time there were no new opportunities for me in the company and I needed to be challenged. Three years later I am back in their Paris office, with quite a challenge ahead.

Photobox always has a lot going on. My time in CS was busy but fun. I never really felt like I was working in a call centre. The best part was the people, I made incredible connections there.

Photobox is also very good at finding and hiring very talented people.

    Cons

It's sometimes messy, communication is definitely not the strong suit of Photobox.

As I haven't been back for long I struggle a bit to understand the direction they want to take as a group.

As good as they are at hiring very talented people, they sometimes don't take advantage of everything they could bring to the group, by suddenly changing the direction of a project or putting it on hold, which is a shame.
