I have been working at Piedmont Driving Club full-time (More than a year)
Great atmosphere for a person who want to learn. Years of experience in culinary arts. several outlets to work in.
Sous Chefs tend to hang around too long. Advancement is slow. Not a good place to be complacent, but there are a lot of people that are.
I applied in-person. The process took a week. I interviewed at Piedmont Driving Club (Atlanta, GA) in January 2014.
The interview was pretty fast, one day. We discussed skill, experience, and compensation. I was also asked if I had a preference on what type of food I would like to cook and department to begin. There was a background check and drug screen. After the screening process was complete, I was contacted. Started work about a week after the initial process started.
