I have been working at Pilat Media Global full-time (More than 3 years)
It’s a niche software product with a large clientele, very flexible for employees with young kids
Bad architecture and underlying complexity of the product leaves the functional staff hunting for knowledge resources (product documentation is very poor). Uncooperative senior (development/SA) staff will make you feel discontent, insecure and unheard. Micro-management and unfair treatment has lately become more common too in last few years.
Advice to Management
Simple collaborative changes like weekly presentations of new functionalities will help a lot.
I applied online. I interviewed at Pilat Media Global (London, England (UK)).
I applied online and got a call for an assessment centre. Assessment centre consisted of a written test testing the qa basics followed by a short interview with qa lead. Time was not enough in completing the test though I managed to finish the important sections .Got email the next week asking me to come for a final round of interview. It was with the HR and the QA head. HR questions were quite simple and qa head expected a lot technically though it was entry level position
