I worked at Pilot Freight Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Decent pay, Overtime, insurance, well maintained trucks

    Cons

Lots of overtime, Don't know when you will be off work. Some items are very heavy for 1 person to carry. Not accommodating to your personal life.

    Advice to Management

Listen to employee suggestions and not Just have drivers meeting just because.

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Pilot Freight Services (Lima, PA).

    Interview

I had three short interviews with the Supervisor, Manager & VP. All friendly and knowledgeable people. Basic interview questions. Must be computer savy or willing to learn. First was a phone interview, followed by a short interview with the manager then the VP to seal the deal. I believe the VP is still with the company.
