I worked at Pinkberry part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

One free yogurt a day depending on the franchise owner. And you get to be interactive with people throughout the day and you're trained to professionally cut fruit and swirl yogurt !

    Cons

Being new . When Your new you're treated new . Like only being assigned to give samples (I worked in the mall location).

    Advice to Management

They should Make sure everyones purpose there is very well rounded for each group under the same job title .

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Pinkberry.

    Interview

Degrading group interview wherein they wound up hiring the group of friends who showed up 30 minutes late. The process takes several hours as they are too lazy to interview applicants on their own and insisted on a wasteful group interview.
