Great corporate support team. First class CEO and executive staff. Great sales leader who is in the process of building a world class organization from the ground up. Pinnacle will transform the automotive industry by offering Ritz Carlton type service never experienced before.
Longer than expected sales cycle but once the pipeline is full is will be very rewarding. Other than that things are going great.
Advice to Management
Keep the leadership team and corporate staff together, they are great!
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Pinnacle Automotive Hospitality (Tampa, FL) in November 2017.
I was contacted by a recruiter who says he was based in Tampa. He asked me some info about my background and then said the next steps would be a phone interview with the Regional Director. I never heard from this recruiter again. If this is any insight as to how this company hires, then it's a shame. It would have been nice for a follow-up call one way or another... I do not recommend this company
