I have been here for a little under 4 years, and I can honestly say I love working here; we have a tenured team (recruiters who have been here for 5-10+ years), and everyone really supports each other. We have numerous enterprise partners and there is always work to be done. Very much a family atmosphere, where we have numerous traditions (huge thanksgiving pot lucks, holiday parties, halloween contest). Leaders are transparent and you are always aware of where you stand.
maybe more incentives (i.e. trips/ swag for meeting metrics)

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Pinnacle Technical Resources (Coppell, TX) in February 2017.
The interview process was very professional and friendly. I was asked about my prior accounting background and details as to what I did a work on a typical workday. I was also asked about my various software skills. My interviewer explained what I would be doing on a daily basis and the reason for the need to hire a contract person. We had an easy flowing conversation that made me feel comfortable about the interview process.
