They've really figured out how to optimize a remote first team in multiple locations around the world. Strong leadership from the top that sets the tone for a really good culture and working environment. It's a small team so it's all hands on deck to get things done and that also means that your contribution is important and valued.

I applied several months ago, only to be informed that I lacked the necessary experience, despite my career aligning perfectly with the job requirements. When I sought feedback, I received no response.
Months later, I was approached via LinkedIn by someone, expressing enthusiasm for my qualifications and inviting me to apply. Yet, this renewed interest was followed by another rejection email.
This inconsistency in their approach suggests a lack of clarity in their hiring criteria, which is always a concerning sign. Additionally, the initial job posting offered an excessively high salary, which has since been adjusted to align with the market average. My recommendation would be to steer clear of this organisation, as it appears they are unsure of their hiring needs.Interview
