I have been working at Pionear Recruiting full-time (Less than a year)
I'm given autonomy to succeed individually and within a team with consistent feedback. Since being here, I've been given multiple opportunities to take on side projects that add interest to my day to day routine and grow my understanding of the company mission. I appreciate that there are weekly accountability meetings to touch on goals, inform changes to systems and laws, and provide opportunity to share concerns or compliments. To top it off, the office is in the heart of South End!
So far, the only thing that isn't great is how cold the office is some days!
Advice to Management
Continue with the Snack Days, friendly competitions, and team outings! It may seem small and insignificant but it gives everyone a chance to get to know each other in new ways and builds a stronger sense of team!
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Pionear Recruiting (Charlotte, NC).
Sketchy, they had no facts or examples to back up why it is a good place to work. Girl who interviewed me seemed extremely fake and desperate to make it sound like a good opportunity when it really wasn't. Really wouldn't want to work under her. CEO also seemed sleazy and fake. Really left a bad taste.
