Had a phone call and Zoom interview. Interviewer was a bit old school and stuffy but otherwise fine.
However, it's now been a month since and I have followed up twice and been told "we are not ready to proceed". Safe to say I would not bother to proceed if they did come back to me as they clearly don't respect candidates who take time out of their life to prep and interview.
