Definitely the least traditional interview process I've been through. After poor communication from the staff, I finally scheduled what I thought was a one on one interview. I showed up to find that I was actually interviewing at the same time as two other people. It turned out that we were all interviewing for three different positions. I was asked three simple questions about myself and my resume and in the end was basically given an open ended offer to the job.InterviewWhat are three words you would use to describe yourself?
