    I have been working at Pivot Interiors full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    The best part is the work we get to participate in. With such a reputable dealership, we are allowed to work with fantastic clientele. There is plenty of work to be done but the company does a great deal for both the community and personal life. Benefits are great and I don't feel guilty for spending time with my family. I've been welcomed into the company better than I have ever before with any other organization.

    Cons

    With a full team of service personnel, there are some higher costs associated with installation and warehouse personnel that can be challenging but along with this is full access to the benefits this provides as well. Not a complete con but something to be aware of.

    Interview

    The interaction was very friendly with the marketing team. It felt more like a discussion than somebody gruelling you with questions. I was quite positive but may be there was a better candidate.
