I have been working at Pivot3 full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

As any other company, Pivot3 went through many ups and downs plus some growing pains. But in recent years, things had gotten a lot better, management continue to listen to employees and making correct and positive changes. There are many loyal employees here in Pivot3, all they wanted is getting their voices heard and doing the right thing for the company. They have good work culture, attitude and always willing to help each other out, and now it is being paired with good leaders who listen! Truly believe the future is great for this company.

    Cons

Can't think of any at this point.

    Advice to Management

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pivot3 (Houston, TX) in April 2012.

    Interview

Phone interview followed by 3 person panel. The interview was a joke. Pivot3 canceled several time prior to the actual interview. The interview process was a great indication of how the company is run, which is not very well. However, the interview process was the best experience from the first day to the last.
