    Difficult Interview

I applied online. I interviewed at Plaid (San Francisco, CA)

This is a 4 step interview process
phone screen, manager call, case study interview and a final mock call. Its a hard interview probably more geared towards a management consulting interview than a general SDR interview. I think plaid is a good company but my feeling when speaking with the team is that they are elitist considering they are all from ivy league schools or have an Investment banking background. I think if plaid really wants to get ahead they have to consider expanding there sales team beyond this mentality.
