PlanSource has a great team environment. Management is very helpful and gives you projects that help you grow as an employee. The work/life balance is the best I have ever experienced including flexibility to work at home.
Really aren't any cons except the benefits could be better.

I applied through other source. The process took 5+ weeks. I interviewed at PlanSource (Orlando, FL) in January 2017.
The recruiter found me on linkedin and became VERY difficult to reach, did not answer calls or respond back to voicemails. I had more than 3 interviews and was told I was short listed to just me and then radio silence.. after
over 3 interviews, I followed up with a call- no answer. Out of Courtesy.. a response back by phone or email would have been Considerate and a good business practice. I
typically don’t comment but I was very surprised at how unprofessional the process was handled, Very disappointed with them as a company.
