Mission: Our mission is to make our customers successful by providing innovative technology that revolutionizes the way that healthcare and benefits are bought, sold and managed.
Our first Town Hall Meeting of 2018 was a special one as we celebrated our achievements of the past year and got a good understanding of how we will shape our future growth. Anita Messal, our Chief Operating Officer, provided a look-back on 2017 and a 2018 Operations and Product Strategy update. Dayne Williams, our Chief Executive Officer, discussed our 5 strategic initiatives for the year. The (extremely good) results of our Employee Engagement Survey for 2017 was also shared, along with recognizing the Employees of the Quarter Awards and Legacy Awards. We are proud that two employees have been at PlanSource for 15 years!
In the spirit of caring for our loved ones, we decorated cookies and cupcakes in all our offices to celebrate Valentine’s day! We hope everyone has a nice Valentine’s day with their co-workers, family and friends.
Let’s face it. Benefits are complicated. They take time to figure out and require a lot of energy to administer. So we’ve made it our mission to revolutionize the way healthcare and employee benefits are bought, sold and managed.
More than 10,000 companies and 3.5 million consumers use the PlanSource Platform for benefits shopping, enrollment, billing, compliance and ongoing administration. We are proud to be their source for a better benefits experience.
Here at PlanSource, we believe that there is more to work than just doing a job. It’s about making an impact, winning as a team and celebrating success. It’s about being challenged and growing as a person and as a professional. It’s about working together towards our common mission to build innovative technology that revolutionizes the way healthcare and employee benefits are bought, sold, and managed.

I have been working at PlanSource full-time (More than a year)
PlanSource has a great team environment. Management is very helpful and gives you projects that help you grow as an employee. The work/life balance is the best I have ever experienced including flexibility to work at home.
Really aren't any cons except the benefits could be better.
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work. Continue to be approachable because everyone appreciates it!
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PlanSource (Orlando, FL) in November 2017.
There was an easy online application process followed by a telephone interview. Process took three weeks. After phone interview, received invitation for in-person interview in the Orlando office two weeks later. Good technical interview; interviewers were very nice. Received a tour of the office after the interview, and an offer a week later. The reason I chose to accept this offer and not a competitive one is because I experienced a lot of excitement and passion from all the folks I met. They really enjoyed working for this company. During the office tour, I saw employees interacting well and the offices attractive. I also reached out to a friend who works there and heard how she had already been promoted twice.
