The Oscars might be months away, but it’s awards season for our Operations, Finance and Technology teams! We held our annual Opscars Awards last week to celebrate the best and brightest talent across our offices. There were a total of 20 awards given out and many of them had multiple winners, because our teams are just that amazing.

I have been working at PlanSource full-time (Less than a year)
Company really truly cares about their employees and offers wide range of benefits as well as other perks to keep it a fun and great place to work. Since starting at PlanSource I've been blown away with our Marketing Team and the amazing work they do for the organization. (Puts to shame some of the other marketing departments at previous companies!) The training provided when I joined was so completely invaluable and thorough. From my lens leadership wants people to succeed and takes the time to invest and ensure we have what is needed to be successful in the role. Most importantly, this leadership team can listen and take in honest and open feedback and create change out of it.
Like any larger organizations, there are silos, though I see improvement in this arena.
Advice to Management
No advice today, just want to say I feel completely lucky. In my experience, you guys are the real deal.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PlanSource (Orlando, FL) in November 2017.
There was an easy online application process followed by a telephone interview. Process took three weeks. After phone interview, received invitation for in-person interview in the Orlando office two weeks later. Good technical interview; interviewers were very nice. Received a tour of the office after the interview, and an offer a week later. The reason I chose to accept this offer and not a competitive one is because I experienced a lot of excitement and passion from all the folks I met. They really enjoyed working for this company. During the office tour, I saw employees interacting well and the offices attractive. I also reached out to a friend who works there and heard how she had already been promoted twice.
