I worked at Planned Parenthood full-time (More than 3 years)
Amazing commitment to mission. Culture that values diversity, people and contributions. Flexible work sites and schedules.
limited vacation days because schedule is based on health center schedules
Advice to Management
Stay as mission committed as you are
I applied online. I interviewed at Planned Parenthood.
A recruiter contacted me through a vague email about "a position" I applied for. He didn't even mention my name nor the name of the position, asked what time is best that week to talk. I replied swiftly and he only replied back to me after my second email two days after that. We set a time the week after at 11:15 AM. I waited for his call and two minutes after that got an email from him that he got called int a meeting. We rescheduled to have the call that afternoon. I was at work and excused myself, waited in my car, no call. He didn't even email me back the rest of the day. The next day I emailed him saying I was still interested, never heard from him.
Very unprofessional. I never had a recruiter treated me so badly. Have the decency to tell me I am not selected or make a fake 5-minute interview call or just be honest. He had ONE job - and he sucks at it.
