You won't be pigeon-holed. You can contribute in different areas, and share your thoughts with the company owner. People work together to achieve success. The culture is relaxed and good-natured. Work-life balance is great. Promotions can be limited due to contracting requirements. Time-off policies are fair.
Contracting work can be unstable. Interaction is difficult with those employees working off-site at the client's venue.
Advice to Management
Consider developing interest groups among employees for idea-sharing and innovation. Having monthly "all-hands" meetings would keep everyone informed and on the same page.
