-Awesome Clients - Plaster Group consultants work with the best enterprise clients in the Seattle/Puget Sound area. We are working with all of the big names.
-Great People - There is a real emphasis on quality recruiting. Plaster Group values the importance of experience during the recruiting process.
-Challenging Work - The work is challenging! I'm allowed to work on important initiatives for our clients.
-Inclusive Culture - We just had our annual summer event. It was exciting to see everyone and their families at the Mariner game. Love it!
-Low Attrition - Plaster Group does a great job listening to employee needs which seems to result in a very low attrition. It is great to get to know my peers at the company events.

I can't think of any cons at this point

    Senior Consultant Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Seattle, WA
    Declined Offer
    Neutral Experience
    Average Interview

I applied online. I interviewed at Plaster Group (Seattle, WA) in November 2016.

Two rounds of interviews: both were behavioral type interviews where you'd describe experiences you've had in the past. When you pass through the interview rounds you are placed into a contingent offer status where they look for a project for you and then will staff you after interviewing with the client. For me that is where the friction was, I was left in that stage for many months and not presented many opportunities, with a lack of clear or frequent communication. I thought the consultants I interviewed with were smart and would be good to work with, but the interview process was fragmented after the initial offer stage.
