Pros
Awesome and talented people in a place that give you the tools to learn and improve yourself as a software developer.

Lot's of opportunities for doing talks, participating open source and writing books for those that are into it.
Cons
The salary is a little on the downside for São Paulo, even more for people moving from outside the city.
Advice to Management
We could have some more time to hone our skills and pursue secondary activities inside the company (like open source, blog post writing, etc).
