I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Platt Electric (Clackamas, OR) in November 2012.

Online application followed by phone interview, then 2 personal interviews with branch manager and HR representative over the course of 30 to 45 days. Background check and drug test required. After HR interview a skills and personality test is required at the branch you apply to. Platt will admit that their process is very lengthy.

    Interview Questions

    • Explain how you would deal with several high stress and high priority situations at one time.   1 Answer

Offered entry level wage with promise of 90 day increase. There was no 90 day review and the wage increase never happened after 6 months.
