I have been working at PlayPhone (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Over the past 6 years, Playphone business strategy has changed quite a bit. However, the latest shift in direction shows great promise for both it's employees and it's partners. The strategic move to leverage it's platform in today's hottest emerging markets brings great hope and focus to the team and it's partners.

    Cons

In the early stages of growing the team to support the new focus and direction.

    Interview

Applied online. Got a resume response pretty quick. Had a Skype interview with the engineering leader in the company and 2 members of the team. They asked questions that I had not heard before in a while and talked about stuff that wasn't in my resume assuming that I knew it. I asked for a follow-up but received no response after the interview. I thought it was pretty rude.
