Technical Account Manager

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

- invest more on leadership and management training (already improved this year)

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at PlayPlay (New York, NY) in Aug 2022

I spoke to an internal recruiter and then someone who would be a peer. Both of them were very nice and quite smart. I was then asked to complete a fairly normal assignment, but this one was requesting somewhat sensitive information such as specific budgets and performance metrics which THEY ADMITTED was difficult to send but then in the presentation wanted me to show them the numbers directly from the company systems... YIKES! I noted that I wouldn't be able to share this because it would breach an NDA.

Show us an actual example of a marketing growth roadmap that you designed and delivered (must be a past quarter). We want you to show us: - What kind of paid acquisition channels did you successfully handle, with associated budgets - What KPIs do you follow and what dashboards did you build - What was you most successful acquisition campaign ever - What was your most disappointing campaign
