I have been working at Playworld Systems full-time (More than 3 years)
The people who wok here are dedicated to the company, the culture, and the product. They are really some of the best people I have ever worked with, from the folks on the production floor, to most of the upper management.
The company is pushing for an evolution to become more employee-driven, which is awesome, but there is still a lot of work to be done to convince some of the 'old guard' leaders who view empowerment as a threat. Progress is hindered by the agendas of a few.
