At the end of the sales year, we hold an awards banquet to acknowledge those Sales and Marketing employees who met or exceeded their annual quotas. In addition to winning awards, winners are also invited to attend Plex Elite, an all-expenses paid trip to a fabulous (usually tropical) destination.
When You Give, We Give. This past year, Plexians contributed to multiple charities and organizations that they care about. Plex matched donations to more than 18 non-profit groups.
We feel that giving back shouldn't be just a one-time gesture; it should be a continuous partnership that grows over time. We established the Plex Giving Program to do just that - to rally our employees around a specific cause or community organization on an annual basis. Since 2007, Plex Giving has partnered with organizations like Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Gleaners Community Food Bank, Humane Society of Monroe County, Make-a-Wish Michigan, St. Clair Butterfly Foundation and this year's partner the National 4-H Council. Fundraising activities include pancake breakfasts with Plex executives as celebrity chefs, wine tastings, silent auctions and employee donation matching.
Plex has taken a thoughtful approach to our giving program by supporting local and global initiatives that align to where employees live and work. One great example of the types of causes where Plex wants to help was when employees volunteed with the Life Remodeled organization, which identifies inner-city neighborhoods in Detroit to remodel community assets, repair owner-occupied homes, and mobilize volunteers to transform lives. Over the course of six days, our employees joined over 10,000 volunteers to help rebuild 300 city blocks in Detroit and give hope to countless residents and volunteers alike.

Plex is growing rapidly and it's an exciting time to be part of this tech company. With such explosive growth, many companies experience growing pains; however, Plex's culture is strong and helps negate some of those pains. The employees are engaged, passionate about their work, and everyone is committed to helping Plex succeed. The leadership at Plex is transparent about the direction of the company, and it allows everyone to feel invested in the future. There is a very supportive and encouraging culture here with a ton of perks. The work/life balance is also incredible.
With so many different departments, it can be difficult to know what is happening at all levels of the organization.

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Plex Systems, Inc. (Troy, MI) in January 2015.
The first interview was with a recruiter. She was very helpful and polite. I was asked basic questions about my resume and work experience. Second interview I scheduled with the hiring manager. I was asked more in depth questions and told that I would need additional interviews. Later that day I was offered the position. Overall the process was extremely efficient and professional.
