I worked at PlumChoice full-time (More than a year)
Work at home (but only if you have good internet connection)
Won an award (and money) for customer relations, next day was given a warning and told not to spend as much time with customers.
Was told I had the best issue resolution of the entire team and was then told a week later to hand off customers before completion.
Advice to Management
Decide if you are going to do the support, and then let the tech do the job you employed them for.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PlumChoice in August 2015.
Interview had nothing to do with TECHNICAL side of things. They ask bunch of questions that would not HELP a customer resolve their issue. They ask bunch of CONFLICT questions within the management If you are a TECHNICIAN stay away, would help you in the long run.. Wouldn't recommend.
