Pros
+ an incredible & innovative product
+ great company culture
+ hard working peers
+ leaderships is transparent
Cons
+ processes change all the time (but this is common with fast growing companies)
+ tons of pressure to perform (this is normal of a sales role)
Advice to Management
honestly i have never experienced such transparent, humble, and driven leadership.
i've worked at both large established companies and small startups -- never have i watched management/leadership cohesively pivot on the fly as often as the organization needed. 10/10 !!!
Application
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Podium.
Interview
Took a tour throughout the first floor of the building. Waited in the conference room for quite a while before the interviewer showed up. Asked basic questions about my skills then had a simple test to join a few, simple tables.
