I have been working at PointClickCare full-time (More than a year)
I love working for PCC. The culture and environment is amazing. I work remotely and I feel extremely close to my team. I thought I wouldn’t feel included, however I feel included in every way. Sure, I miss out on a few things with not being in the home office, however my team is always there and shares tons of photos. My team is an amazing family and I love everything about. The vacation time is awesome andnhow understanding the company is, amazing!

Advice to Management

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PointClickCare (Bloomington, MN) in April 2017.
The interview was conducted as two, one-hour interviews. One hour with multiple would be peers, the other with management. Questions spanned from previous work history based on my resume, to thoughts around how I would handle some current challenges. Overall the interviews were professional, yet conversational in nature. Very pleasant process, left hoping I'd hear back and be given the opportunity to join their team.
