I have been working at Pointivity full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

This has to be one of the most technically talented teams I have ever worked with. Upper management is very patient and understanding, and have provided me with a number of avenues to learn and grow my knowledge/ skill set. All around good people and great experience.

Applied to an online ad, was emailed about a phone interview. Took the call at a scheduled time and spoke to a "recruiter." First red flag. The online ad made it appear I was applying directly to the company. The recruiter was only interested in what I was paid at previous roles, not my skills nor was he interested in discussing resume.
