Technical Account Manager

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

You may have already heard that PokerStars has partnered with Oracle Red Bull Racing. Some of the benefits of this partnership include epic access, content, prizes, and experiences for our players. But we don’t want our players to have all the fun. Recently three of our colleagues won a draw for a once in a lifetime experience – they, plus a guest each of their choice, will enjoy an all-expenses paid VIP weekend at the Monaco Grand Prix in May, including Grandstand tickets PLUS access to the Oracle Red Bull Racing Energy Station and Pool Deck. Congratulations to all winners. And if you missed out, don’t worry, there’s more surprises in store throughout the year. Want in? Explore our career opportunities here: https://lnkd.in/dcnCum2S
