Our founder, Mr. Kozo Matsumoto, derived the name from car racing. Every driver wants to start the race in the “pole” position, the best position to compete successfully. The pole position in racing is the first row of the inside lane. Pole position drivers do not compete against other drivers to get ahead.     I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pole To Win.


    1st there was a phone screening, then first interview with HR & recruiting rep.
    2nd Interview was by phone.
    3rd interview in-person with HR and 2 higher up managers.

    All the interviews were pretty much the same:

    • What is your leadership style?   1 Answer


    Management not really willing to negotiate, so do your research for the job title at other places and research ways to start the discussion (i.e. initial phone screening) with the right expectations. It's normal for exempt employees to negotiate salary. My rule of thumb is to figure out the bare minimum you will accept for all the work you'll have to do, then ask for $10-$15k over that. They won't meet it, but you won't be at your bottom dollar number either though.
