Interview
Initial phone screen, then coding assessment, then "final" round with the team at DealerPolicy. Individual members of the team seemed to be uncomfortable whenever one of the managers would interrupt to ask me a question. Team appears to be small, yet have way too many managers proportional to the amount of actual devs, which is a huge red flag for me. Team members appeared to be very enthusiastic, but the managers immediately scrutinized any questions about work hours, OT, or WLB. Yikes!Design a REST API with parameters related to drivers' insurance.
