InterviewA quick response to initial application but very unprofessional for the recruiter Alma to ghost me. After phone call, she told me that I would hear something back in the next couple days from her or from the hiring manager but I never got an email or call. So, I called and left a message for her but still no response after a week and there’s no way to send her an email as that was not given to me. On top of that, she told me that I was a very qualified candidate for the role but never follow up with me? Kind of ridiculous. Unfortunately for them, I would have greatly excelled in this role but I guess they do not go for very qualified candidates that grow their company. Poor business model for hiring imo.
