I have been working at Polyglass USA full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

They have very good benefits including a good 401(k) plan where they match up to 6% of your contributions.

    Cons

They seem to just keep piling the work on people whether they have the time to do it or not which creates a very stressful work environment for those who already have their plates full.

    Advice to Management

Review the work loads they're placing on their employees.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Polyglass USA (Winter Haven, FL).

    Interview

I was interviewed and hired through a temporary staffing agengy. The agency found my resume online and contacted me that way. I had applied for a different job online and the lady at the staffing agency didn't think I was a good match for that job but when she saw my resume she new she should save it for a future opportunity.

    Interview Questions

    • Was I still looking for a job and would I be interested in the job at hand.   1 Answer

    Negotiation

There wasn't much negotiation. I had been off of work for 17 1/2 months and was willing to take just about anything I could get. Yes, they made me promises but did not put any of them on paper. I would recommend getting something like that on paper in the future.
