Good pay for industry, looking to the future how to make the industry better. Growing company, that there are opportunities if you look for them.

Benefits could be more competitive. Corporate needs to be better communicative on what they are asking the plants to do and the reason why.

    Easy Interview

I applied in-person. The process took 8+ months. I interviewed at Polymer Group (Charlotte, NC) in July 2010.

the process took several months but in the end the hiring was done with little fan fair. HR did all the heavy lifting, and made several mistakes. Once I arrived the HR people actually were my only contact. No support when I started nor while learning. My boss expected my peers to do all the training and then later blamed them for my lack of information.

    Interview Questions

    • Really was not a question as much as an almost requirement to kiss up to his ego. Very much a small man thing. He needed very much to show that he was the smartest guy in the roon.   1 Answer

There really was not any. I was essentially hired before I got the call, the interview was months before and then NOTHING!
