workflows can be a little sluggish but nothing open communication can't fix.
Advice to Management
listen to Customer Service Dept. closely. They are on the frontlines and always know what's trending in the business.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Pomco (Syracuse, NY) in July 2016.
The interview experience was wonderful. When I arrived to my interview, I was greeted by both interviewer, as well as an employee and the receptionist. I thought that the interview questions were easy to understand, but gave great opportunity to showcase my personality. Great interviewers who were extremely personable. I'm looking forward to joining the company.
