The culture is amazing. I am encouraged to speak up and give feedback. I feel supported in my role. I work hard but am way less stressed. There is an actual work life balance. This is the company I have been waiting for.

Keep doing what you are doing. I am thankful to come to work every day. Leadership is there for me and encourages me. I appreciate my job.
