Mission: We believe everyone deserves an opportunity to succeed. This is what motivates and inspires us to build strong, trusting relationships with our customers, employees, partners and communities so that we can live out this belief together.
I have been working at Populus Group full-time (More than 3 years)
Populus groups is one of the best companies to work for! Management does not micromanage and is focused on your career development not just the work you are doing. Most people have the opportunity for advancement within the first year and if you don’t like what you do they will help you find another position in the company. The culture at Populus Group is one of the best out there and they care about their employees. Your family is always put first and then work second, so if your kid is sick they will give you the day off with no issue. Management strongly encourages a work life balance so don’t expect to do any work late at night or on weekends. PG offers a lot of great perks and benefits for its employees from free lunches to meet other employees to training and education reimbursement.
Change management can sometimes be a little slow with a large period of growth.
Advice to Management
Continue to focus on employee training and development
