I worked at Port Townsend Paper (More than 8 years)

    Pros

A good place to practice a wide range of skills.

    Cons

Too many hours required to support the mill 24/7.

    Advice to Management

Try not to rotate so many people through so many positions.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Port Townsend Paper.

    Interview

Ask about being reimburse if you have an on site interview. It was a two step interview. On the phone they would ask me about my resume. It was comfortable and they made it a conversation. In person, they asked what your desires are to be within the company and then they gave a company tour.
