Destination Employer – Porter Novelli offers junior and mid-level staff the opportunity to choose to sit at another office within the PN network, either nationally or internationally, for 6-8 weeks.

“A PR consultant’s dream: seven weeks working and living in a partner Porter Novelli office through the Discovery and Development programme? I didn’t have to think twice about applying for the opportunity. Whether it was taking part in team events, to learning about the nuances in the US media landscape and getting involved in the different practices from healthcare to brand, the time I spent in the programme was invaluable to my own career and for the learnings I was able to bring back to the Irish office. Along with all of that I also made some incredible friends and fell in love with the city, it is a fantastic opportunity I would recommend to any PR consultant!”

Greater Than University (GTU) - Courses range from self-paced to videos to “classroom” training taught by internal experts as well as external facilitators. In 2016, Porter Novelli offered roughly 520 hours of training to our employees.

Fitness Reimbursement –We encourage employees to utilize a wellness benefit that reimburses fitness activities like gym memberships, yoga classes, a ski weekend getaway, or even purchasing those-to-die-for running sneakers.

Volunteer Day- Making a positive impact is a part of who we are. We believe in giving back to our community and giving you the time to do so. Every year, our PN employees receive a full day, or 8.00 hours, to volunteer for a cause that they are passionate about.

Diversity & Inclusion - This past year, Porter Novelli redoubled its efforts to be a more diverse and inclusive organization. Two new talent-centric leadership positions focused on training and development and diversity and inclusion were established under the belief that diversity leads to innovation, keener insights, and real solutions. Moreover, our diversity alliance employee-led groups across the network partner with local non-profits to set up events, organizing guest speakers/training for diversity education.

    I have been working at Porter Novelli full-time (Less than a year)


    The company has collaborative space, an inviting and warm working environment, and a culture that you can really get behind. Really intelligent leadership and an invigorating business ethos.


    Only con is that the culture is almost "too relaxed."

    Keep up the good work -- continue to hire folks with great experience and personalities!

    I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Porter Novelli in June 2016.


    I applied online, and three days later I received an email request for an in-person interview. The first round of interviews were with two VPs within the division. They asked questions related to my experience, goals, and work style. The second round of interviews took place with members of the team that I would be working with, and some senior level management. The second round of interviews touched on my experience a bit but really delved into the company's culture. I could tell it was crucial that the chosen candidate be a good fit for the company's culture. Everyone was super friendly, and the communication throughout the interview process was superb. It was without a doubt, one of the better interview experiences that I have had.
