Benefits - Plan options include choices between four medical plans (all include prescription coverage), two dental plans, vision coverage and flexible spending accounts for both health and dependent care expenses and a legal plan. Adoption assistance- Adoption can be a lengthy and stressful process. And also an expensive one. PN offers all full-time employees an Adoption Support benefit of $5,000 per adoption. To cover legal and agency services fees.
2 Bonus Holiday Days –In 2018, all NA employees are given two “Extra Happy Holidays” days off to be used the week of December 25. These days are bonus company holidays (for a total of 12 paid US holidays in 2018) and can be used any two days that week.
Volunteer Day- Making a positive impact is a part of who we are. We believe in giving back to our community and giving you the time to do so. Every year, our PN employees receive a full day, or 8.00 hours, to volunteer for a cause that they are passionate about.
UnCommon Ground is Porter Novelli's Dynamic, multi-faceted learning platform that brings together diverse thinking and experiences, and extends beyond the classroom to incorporate social and on-the-job learning.
At each office, we provide at least 90-120 minutes of training each month. Some of our programs include: Emerging stars, Omnicom University, Planner Academy, CRL Acadamy and Discovery and Development – Porter Novelli offers junior and mid-level staff the opportunity to choose to sit at another office within the PN network, either nationally or internationally, for 6-8 weeks.

Diversity & Inclusion - We view diversity as moral and business imperatives. In 2017, Porter Novelli redoubled its efforts to be a more diverse and inclusive organization. Two new talent-centric leadership positions focused on training and development and diversity and inclusion were established under the belief that diversity leads to innovation, keener insights, and real solutions.
Moreover, our diversity alliance employee-led groups across the network partner with local non-profits to set up events, organizing guest speakers/training for diversity education.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Porter Novelli in June 2016.
I applied online, and three days later I received an email request for an in-person interview. The first round of interviews were with two VPs within the division. They asked questions related to my experience, goals, and work style. The second round of interviews took place with members of the team that I would be working with, and some senior level management. The second round of interviews touched on my experience a bit but really delved into the company's culture. I could tell it was crucial that the chosen candidate be a good fit for the company's culture. Everyone was super friendly, and the communication throughout the interview process was superb. It was without a doubt, one of the better interview experiences that I have had.
