I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Portfolio Insider (Los Angeles, CA) in Jun 2021

Was a very quick process. They have an in-house recruiter. Did a phone interview then a same day in-person interview. I noticed it was a very young work culture, which indicates some red flags in my opinion. In-person interview went well, then I was told that a second interview with the president of sales would take place. As I left I got call from the interview saying that I did well in the interview and they wanted to offer me the job & asked if I could come back and sign the offer letter, I told them I needed to think about it and talk to my current employer about when would be my last day. They were very persistent on how soon I could start, that in itself was another flag. I told them I just need a day to think about it. 30 min went by and I called them back saying I will take the offer, but can only come in the next day since I had left already. They told me okay great! The following morning rolls around and I call them to let them know I can come in and sign the offer letter. They threw me a curve ball and told me that they decided to move forward with someone else, meanwhile no one communicated this to me from the last time I spoke with them. It was handled in a very unprofessional matter.
