I have been working at Portsmouth Regional Hospital full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

A culture of continued improvement and staff engagement. The facility is always looking for areas of improvement and takes in opportunities head on with transparency. The senior leadership team is engaged in continual improvement and engagement in the community. There has been opportunity for career growth and development available and the hospital is on the cutting edge for treatment and therapy of many service lines.

    Cons

Part of ensuring continued improvement is close management of resources. Recruiting of talented clinicians had been difficult to support growth and improvement.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Portsmouth Regional Hospital (Portsmouth, NH) in October 2014.

    Interview

Very professional. We sat one on one and discuss my role and she also asked questions about my skills and previous employment. It was a very easy and comfortable setting. It was helpful that I had a copy of my resume printed with me.
