I worked at Positive Investments full-time
-Very flexible work/life balance
-Family owned (owner tries to help out employees if he can)
-Fun environment with company birthday lunches/holiday parties
-Pay is way under market (very close to minimum wage for hourly employees)
-Not a lot of growth or development
-No real job titles / lacks structure
Advice to Management
-Show appreciation and reward those employees who have gone above and beyond.
-Take a hard look at the compensation being offered to employees and stay competitive in the market
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Positive Investments (Los Angeles, CA) in June 2016.
The first part of the interview involved a basic phone call, they asked basic questions involving strength and weaknesses. Furthering do you research on the company and field as with any interview process.
