Wow! I've never worked for a company that truly cares about the happiness and well being of their employees. Benefits are wonderful! Time off is great! My manager listens to what I have to say and cares. Love my coworkers and my job here.

Keep up the great work! Employees here are very happy and it's all because of the amazing culture that this company has established. Oh, and even the upper management is approachable and friendly. Thanks for all your hard work!
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Post Consumer Brands (Minneapolis, MN) in November 2016.
Phone interview was horrible, worst ever and unpleasant. It was an interrogation of unrelated questions. HR rep was not serious about candidacy and just going through the motions. She was disrespectful and asking mostly questions that had nothing to do with assessing skill sets. Did not know anything in regards to more detail of role...kept saying "I can't answer that" or "Don't know". Very frustrating. Poor rep for first contact with company.
