Many things to learn, especially if one's passion is Power Transmission related (think substations, power transformers, SP Group, EMA). VERY niche industry, lucrative at the endgame if you have

- If you ARE a fresh GRADUATE, be prepared to be extremely lowballed in terms of salary, they claimed to be "not the lowest" but it is definitely way off the market rate for electrical DEGREE

Advice to Management

Rethink your employee retaining strategies - especially salary-wise. You are expecting one engineer to do 4 men's jobs, with the salary of a technician. Of course, your site engineers will not be
