    Pros

The environment at Power is second to none. I never thought that I would wake up every morning excited to go into work. As long as you put your best foot forward, you will be rewarded.

    Cons

There really wasn't anything that I disliked from my time at Power.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Power Construction.

    Interview

It was a very casual process. I had a phone interview with two separate executives within the company. The interview itself went smoothly overall without many trying questions. A couple days later I received a call and got the position. Overall I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process. At no point did I feel pressured.
