The employee survey portion focused on how trustworthy, caring, and fair the company is in times of crises; employees’ physical, emotional and financial health; and the company’s broader community impact. “Throughout what was a fundamentally traumatizing year, our entire organization remained focused on what has always been our top priority — our people,” said co-CEO Asher Raphael. “I have never been more inspired by the support our Power family showed each other, and the responsibility they claimed in keeping our community healthy and strong.
