They were very flexible and most employees were nice.
It was a very stressful company. My position itself was not that stressful but the sales department always had a high turn-over in positions.
Advice to Management
Please appreciate your employees more. I know they used to do employee of the month but in the 3 years that I worked there, I did not see an employee be recognized for their work. There were many employees that would stay longer work hours and not receive any recognition.

The interview process was a standard Behavioral Interview. I spoke with several members of the management team during a span of several days. Overall the experience was very positive. I chose PPS over two other companies due to the prospect of professional growth.
